The NHS in Leeds is recruiting for a CYPMHS Crisis Team Practitioner (Band 5/6). This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term post within the CYPMHS Crisis Team, with progression from Band 5 to 6 for newly qualified staff.
You will join a multi-disciplinary team and lead risk assessments and emergency care planning for young people and families. You will coordinate shifts, undertake emergency and urgent assessments, participate in MDT planning, and supervise junior staff as required.
