Maternal Medicine Network Administrative Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly organised Band 4 Administrative Officer to join the Yorkshire & Humber (Y&H) Maternal Medicine Network (MMN) .The Yorkshire & the Humber Maternal Medicine Network is a relatively new service, which launched in March 2023. The aim of the MMN is to provide a high standard of care to women and birthing people with complex medical conditions that pre date or arise during pregnancy.

The Y&H MMN is made up of two specialist Maternal Medicine Centres (MMCs) held within Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust alongside services delivered in local DGHs supporting the population of Y&H.Amongst other general administrative tasks, the post holder will be responsible for preparing documents for the Maternal Medicine Network Regional MDTs. These MDTs are an integral part of the Y&H MMN functioning and play a vital part in ensuring excellent communication between the Maternal Medicine Centres and the Provider Trusts.

Working as part of the Yorkshire & Humber Maternal Medicine Network, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the service, acting as a key point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
