Silver Lodge Care Home, part of Willinbrook Healthcare under Care Concern Group, is seeking a Care Assistant to provide high-quality care for residents with complex needs including dementia. You will work within a structured team to deliver compassionate, person-centred support.
The role requires patience, resilience and a calm approach while following individual care plans to maintain residents’ dignity and wellbeing. Prior care or MH experience is beneficial but not essential.
