Northpoint Wellbeing Limited in Leeds is seeking a Community Wellbeing Connector (Mental Health) to join the CMHS partnership. You will provide person-centred support to adults 18+ and connect them with local opportunities, activities, services and community resources.
This is a full-time, permanent role (35 hours per week) with a salary of £32,597 per annum on NJC Scale 6 SCP
20, based at The Small Mill, Leeds, with 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a pension scheme.
