Northpoint is seeking a Community Wellbeing Connector (Mental Health) to join the CMHS service in Leeds, working full time from The Small Mill. This office-based role focuses on connecting adults 18+ with local opportunities and person-centred support to improve wellbeing.
You will coordinate with local services and voluntary sector partners to enable joined-up support, following safeguarding and confidentiality best practices.
