Bridge Oak Care Homes – Colton Lodges, Leeds, is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to cover day shifts. This 22-hour per week, part-time role includes alternate weekends and is based in Leeds. Join a team dedicated to compassionate, person-centred care.
You will support residents with daily living, assist in care planning, supervise junior staff, and help promote dignity and independence. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and NVQ3 (or willingness to work towards) is expected.
