As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to live independently in their own homes. We cover all areas across North Leeds, including Roundhay, Moortown, and Alwoodley. Our Home Care Assistant will provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients, ensuring their comfort and independence in their own homes.

• Deliver personalised care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Support clients with mobility, medication reminders, and light household tasks to maintain a safe environment.
• Foster trusting relationships with consistent clients to enhance their quality of life.
• Collaborate with the care team to monitor and report on client progress, ensuring tailored care plans are followed.

We seek a compassionate Home Care Assistant who is dedicated to treating clients like family, with or without prior care experience, as comprehensive training is provided.

  Flexible to work alternate weekends and shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, either full-time (7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 3:00 PM-10:00 PM) or part-time (7:00 AM-10:00 AM, 10:00 AM-3:00 PM, 3:00 PM-6:00 PM, or 5:00 PM-10:00 PM).

  : £12.60 per hour, depending on experience and shift patterns.
