HR Manager, Talent Manager
Pay, benefits and more:
We're looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Whatyou’ll do on a typical day:
- Delivering a comprehensive People Plan aligned to business objectives
- Driving leadership development, succession planning, and capability building
- Providing expert advice on employee relations, employment law, and change management
- Supporting recruitment, resourcing, and TUPE activities
- Championing engagement initiatives and communication strategies
- Managing HR service measures including absence, recruitment lead times, and budget
- CIPD Level 5 qualified with strong HR/OD expertise
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR policy
- Proven experience in employee relations and change management
- Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
- Excellent communication and IT skills (MS Office)
- Flexible, results‑driven, and committed to driving change

You’ll lead the design and delivery of a holistic, integrated HR service across two key sites. You’ll drive the People Plan, ensure compliance, and create a culture where leadership standards and employee engagement thrive.
This is a full‑time, permanent role. You’ll be working Monday to Friday
