The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist – UK, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for AAB, from intake briefing through sourcing, interviewing, offer and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for AAB, from intake briefing through sourcing, interviewing, offer and onboarding
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and senior leaders to understand roles, team needs, and market conditions
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, market mapping and targeted outreach
  • Write and manage job adverts, campaigns, and tailored recruitment content
  • Manage and optimise the ATS, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, timely updates and smooth process flow
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, providing timely communication and acting as a trusted AAB ambassador
  • Drive recruitment marketing initiatives, including multi‑channel campaigns, employer brand storytelling, social media content, and targeted outreach strategies
  • Utilise AI tools to enhance sourcing efficiency, create talent insights, automate administrative tasks and support data‑driven decision‑making
  • Implement and manage AI‑powered recruitment technology, ensuring ethical, compliant, and bias‑aware practices throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with People & Culture, HR, and Marketing on employer brand activity and recruitment marketing content
  • Develop recruitment insights and reports for senior stakeholders, using data to inform hiring decisions and process improvements
  • Manage and coordinate agency partners where required, ensuring alignment, compliance and performance
  • Support wider People & Culture projects including DEI initiatives, onboarding enhancements, process improvement and talent planning
Required Skill Set
  • Proven internal recruitment or talent acquisition experience within professional services, accountancy, financial services or similar environments
  • Demonstrable track record managing multiple vacancies at various seniority levels
  • Strong direct sourcing capability across Linked In Recruiter, networking, referrals and talent pools
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence, challenge and advise senior leaders
  • Experience managing ATS systems and recruitment processes in a fast‑paced environment
  • Skilled in analysing recruitment data and turning insights into action
Preferred Skill Set
  • Previous experience in a multi‑site or multi‑country organisation
  • Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing or social media content creation
  • Knowledge of professional services career paths, qualifications and industry structures
