HR Advisor

Elevation Recruitment Groups HR Division are currently working with a leading engineering business in Leeds who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor to join their growing HR Team due to the organisation’s recent organic growth and success.

As a HR Advisor, you will be reporting directly into the HR Manager, who will mentor and support the right candidate and offer them a clear progression plan. This is a fully generalist role, with a focus on Employee Relations, as a HR Advisor your day to day duties will include :

• Advising and coaching the management team & providing consistent advice on employment law
• ER related matters including investigations, grievance, disciplinaries and dismissals
• Managing the Employee Life Cycle – Assisting with recruitment, selection and onboarding
• Updating people policies, procedures and handbook
• HR Reporting to provide regular updates to Senior Leadership team
• Supporting with recruitment needs where required including advertising and CV sifting

Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences :

• 1-2 years experience within a Human Resources role
• A strong understanding of employment legislation
