Junior Recruitment Consultant

Base pay range

£24,250 to £27,000 basic plus commission and incentives

We are looking to add a Junior or Trainee Recruitment Consultant to our team as part of our continued growth. This is a genuine training role designed to develop you into a full consultant over time. You will learn recruitment properly through structured onboarding, hands‑on delivery, and day‑to‑day support from experienced consultants. Responsibility will increase as your confidence and capability grow.

This is not a high‑pressure or leader board‑driven environment. It is a professional set‑up focused on long‑term development, quality delivery, and sustainable earnings.

• Managing and updating the CRM with candidate activity
• Writing and posting job adverts
• Sourcing candidates via job boards, Linked In, and direct outreach
• Conducting initial phone and video interviews
• Building and maintaining long‑term candidate relationships

• Ambitious and goal‑driven with a strong desire to progress
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Confident communicator, written and verbal
• Comfortable using online tools and social platforms
• Open to learning niche recruitment markets
• Graduate‑level education or experience in recruitment, resourcing, telesales, or other customer‑facing roles is beneficial but not essential
• Comfortable engaging with people at all levels, from site-based roles through to senior leadership
