HR Advisor – Temporary 11‑Week Assignment
Specialist temporary role with an engineering company, supporting a large‑scale temporary site closure programme.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support employee consultations relating to temporary site closure.
- Conduct high‑volume 1:1 consultations and provide clear, consistent advice.
- Support the movement of employees to alternative sites, ensuring people impacts are managed effectively.
- Work closely with the Transformation team and HR Business Partners to deliver a smooth and compliant process.
- Manage and support employees across two different contractual arrangements.
- Create and maintain FAQs and guidance materials to support advisors and ensure consistent messaging.
- Proven experience supporting consultations, change or transformation activity.
- Confident handling high volumes of employee queries and sensitive conversations.
Salary:
Up to £40,000 for 11 weeks.
