Executive Assistant

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Leeds-based organisation for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the HR leadership team

You will provide high-level executive support to the senior HR team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while also playing a key role in wider HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive executive support to senior HR leaders
• Supporting and coordinating HR projects and strategic initiatives
• Preparing reports, presentations, and board-level documentation
• Managing diaries, meetings, and confidential correspondence
• Assisting with HR reporting, data analysis, and project tracking

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior PA, ideally within HR or a corporate environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident preparing reports and handling sensitive information
• Professional, proactive, and highly detail-oriented
