This role focuses on managing a permanent Business Support recruitment desk, working with a wide range of commercial organisations across Leeds and the surrounding area.

What You'll Be Doing - Full 360 Recruitment

You'll run your own desk, building strong client partnerships and delivering high-quality permanent placements with pace and professionalism.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
  • Meeting clients, taking detailed job briefs, and understanding hiring needs across the commercial sector
  • Sourcing high-quality candidates through Linked In Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and our market-leading database
  • Registering, interviewing, and assessing candidates, including all relevant compliance checks
  • Preparing candidates for interviews and managing the offer and acceptance process
  • Proactively matching candidates to roles with accuracy and a strong service focus
  • Building long-term, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Developing new business opportunities across the Leeds area
  • Maximising cross-selling opportunities across Reed's specialist divisions

What We're Looking For

  • A sales-driven, proactive, and self-motivated approach
  • Confidence in building new relationships and generating new business
  • Ideally recruitment experience in a 360 environment
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Previous recruitment or B2B sales experience is advantageous but not essential if you have the right mindset
