This role focuses on managing a permanent Business Support recruitment desk, working with a wide range of commercial organisations across Leeds and the surrounding area.
What You'll Be Doing - Full 360 Recruitment
You'll run your own desk, building strong client partnerships and delivering high-quality permanent placements with pace and professionalism.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
- Meeting clients, taking detailed job briefs, and understanding hiring needs across the commercial sector
- Sourcing high-quality candidates through Linked In Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and our market-leading database
- Registering, interviewing, and assessing candidates, including all relevant compliance checks
- Preparing candidates for interviews and managing the offer and acceptance process
- Proactively matching candidates to roles with accuracy and a strong service focus
- Building long-term, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates
- Developing new business opportunities across the Leeds area
- Maximising cross-selling opportunities across Reed's specialist divisions

What We're Looking For
- A sales-driven, proactive, and self-motivated approach
- Confidence in building new relationships and generating new business
- Ideally recruitment experience in a 360 environment
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Previous recruitment or B2B sales experience is advantageous but not essential if you have the right mindset
