The post holder delivers efficient administrative support across the payroll function, working collaboratively with employees, managers, and stakeholders. The role ensures smooth processes, compliance, and consistently accurate output. A commitment to first class customer service underpins every aspect of this role.

To provide dedicated payroll administration to support accurate, timely and compliant payroll processing. This role forms the primary support to the Payroll Lead and ensures resilience, business continuity, and excellence in payroll operations.

21 hours per week – flexible within the working week FTE £25,400 – £27,560 per annum (pro rata), depending upon experience

What you will be doing as our Payroll Administrator
- Support the Payroll Lead in preparing, inputting and validating payroll data including starters, leavers, hours worked, overtime and statutory deductions
- Maintain accurate payroll records within Staffology
- Carry out initial payroll checks and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Act as a first point of contact for routine payroll queries
- Ensure payroll processes remain compliant with HMRC and statutory requirements
