I’m looking for Recruitment Consultants to join a specialist Go-To-Market (GTM) Sales recruitment business that works with some of the most exciting software companies in the world.

Whether recruitment is brand new to you, or you’ve already cut your teeth and want something better, this is a business built on trust, intelligence, and doing things properly.

They recruit the people who make software companies grow – Sales, Marketing. Go-To-Market leaders and Senior Leadership Teams. Basically, the people who sell the product, scale the revenue, and turn good tech into great businesses.

Their average fees are £25k and they do a lot of retained and exclusive work here. Pairing this with their strong VC relationships, they get a lot of inbound work and turn away roles which aren’t A grade positions!

They work a pod system here, which means the role can flex around your strengths and ambitions – whether you’re delivery focussed, BD focussed or a 360 focussed, there’s a role for you here.

You’ll get plenty of support to grow here, with monthly reviews, clear career plans, and the freedom to lean into what you’re good at. As well as a dedicated trainer who is on hand to help and advise, whenever you want / need it.

One recent graduate was on the phone within days and closed two deals in their first month worth £50k.
