Responsibilities- Develop and drive a bespoke People Agenda with Key Stakeholders relevant to your specific Areas of Responsibility (AOR).
- Improve capability, knowledge and decision making of people managers in all things people.
- Along with Key Stakeholders, identify and develop key talent within your areas of responsibility.

You will become part of a collaborative HR Business Partners team, bringing together diverse backgrounds, extensive experience, and a strong commitment to supporting one another. You’ll be working with an engaged set of stakeholders who will value your knowledge and support.
You are empowered to work independently within your area of responsibility, but you will regularly come together as a team and collaborate with the wider HR team.
You will also have the support of the fantastic HR Hub which will assist with transactional burden as well as data and metrics, talent acquisition support and less complex ER issues.
A handover period of 6 to 8 weeks will be provided to help you gain knowledge about your business area before our colleague goes on Maternity Leave.
The FuturePotential Career Routes:
While this position is a Fixed Term Maternity Cover, there is potential scope for a permanent position in the future.

Qualifications- CIPD L5/L7 or Equivalent
- Track record of managing complex ER cases
- A Self-Starter with the ability to operate independently and delegate
- Ability to build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to deal with a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify opportunities for value-adding initiatives and initiate action
- A coaching mentality to enable managers
- Down to earth and pragmatic (policy policers need not apply)
- A commitment to DE&I
- Start Date - Early April
- Initial Screening Calls - Commencing from the 2nd of March
- Interviews - To be held on the 9th of March
- Field Based - Leeds, Redditch, Preston or Welwyn Garden City, England, United Kingdom
- Full-time – 14 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
