You will provide day-to-day HR and personnel support across the full employee lifecycle ensuring compliance, confidentiality and smooth processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people-focused work with detailed administrative systems.
Responsibilities- Supporting recruitment interviews and onboarding
- Managing DBS checks, references and safeguarding documentation
- Maintaining accurate personnel records
