- Salary: National (Edinburgh and Leeds) ranging from £43,300 to £57,766 and London from £46,400 to £61,800 (salary offered will be based on skills and experience)

Role responsibilities- Deliver core curriculum and regulatory skills training that improves colleagues’ capability and supports consistent, high‑quality learning across the organisation
- Review and enhance training materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with learning outcomes, improving the relevance and effectiveness of each programme
- Collaborate with curriculum owners and business sponsors to refine learning content, ensuring it reflects organisational needs and regulatory priorities
- Provide subject matter knowledge to shape facilitated learning experiences, raising the standard of design and supporting impactful knowledge transfer
- Gather and interpret learner feedback to inform continuous improvements, enhancing engagement and overall learning outcomes
- Contribute to organisational capability initiatives that improve services and increase the impact of professional development across the organisation
- Coach and mentor fellow trainers to build collective delivery capability and consistent delivery, supporting a culture of continuous improvement
Minimum:
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and effective learning in both classroom and virtual environments
- Proficient communicator, facilitator, coach and presenter, experienced in engaging stakeholders throughout the organisational hierarchy
Essential:
- Demonstrated experience delivering training within the financial services industry
- Ability to demonstrate professional excellence and bring content to life through credible, real-world examples
- Experience designing and facilitating training for diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders
- Effective at building relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Clear and effective verbal and written communicator who can interact constructively with colleagues across the organisation
- Willingness to adjust to evolving requirements and maintain performance
- Collaborative mindset and ability to demonstrate organisational values
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Hybrid model where employees work a minimum of 40% in the office each month (expectation of 50% for senior leaders). Changing from September to a minimum of 50% in the office each month (expectation of 60% for Directors and Executive Directors)
