• Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing, interviewing to offer and onboarding candidates.
• Managing your candidate and client compliance.

We’re looking for experienced recruiters, either currently working as a Senior or with results that deserve the promotion
. A proven track record in sales and business development, professionals who know how to win new business, nurture lasting client relationships, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions. You’ll have a deep understanding of the sectors you currently recruit in, including both client needs and candidate markets, as well as strong insight into the wider Leeds business landscape. Confident, resilient, and people‑focused, you’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment where ambition and results go hand in hand.
