SAP Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a forward-thinking organisation in Yorkshire, who are looking for an experienced SAP HR Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of SAP HR and Success Factors modules. • Lead SAP HR projects: design, configure, and deploy modules including Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Payroll, Time Management, and Talent Management
• Drive Success Factors integration: oversee Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Recruiting modules
• Analyse and improve HR processes to boost efficiency and compliance
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders for smooth system integration
• Manage external vendors and project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Stay ahead of SAP HR innovations and industry best practices

• Strong SAP HR/HCM and Success Factors experience
• Hands‑on expertise with SAP modules (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management) and Success Factors Employee Central
• Proven track record leading SAP HR projects and managing cross‑functional teams
• Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations
• SAP HR or Success Factors certification is a bonus
