Position: Early Careers, Programme Management - Senior Associate - FTC 12 months

About Your Role

The People Solutions team’s Talent Engagement function delivers the organisation’s strategy to attract, select and engage talent from UK universities, schools and colleges. We are seeking a Senior Associate to support Technology Degree Apprenticeships and the Flying Start Accounting programme. The role works closely with Talent Engagement Managers and Senior Managers to ensure smooth delivery across attraction, selection, on‑programme experience and offboarding.

You will contribute to a varied portfolio, helping to create an excellent experience for apprentices and graduate participants while adding value to the organisation through effective coordination, communication and programme support.

What Your Days Will Look Like
  • Build strong partnerships with universities and colleges to recruit and support students, stakeholders and the successful delivery of apprenticeship and degree‑linked programmes
  • Collaborate with business teams where apprentices and programme participants are deployed, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
  • Provide operational support across the programme portfolio, assisting Talent Engagement Managers with planning, coordination and day‑to‑day delivery
  • Support programme pipelines and contribute to wider Talent Engagement initiatives, including internships, virtual insights and diversity‑focused programmes
This Role Is For You If
  • You are able to manage own workload and prioritise several concurrent activities and demands
  • You have a creative approach to attracting candidates from diverse backgrounds into technology roles
  • You have experience of managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • You are proactive, can‑do attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • You are a team player – keen to share knowledge and relevant information with team and internal clients
  • You have the ability to offer pastoral support and to signpost to further sources of support for our apprentices, where needed
What You’ll Receive From Us

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions. We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
