We’re looking for a driven, relationship‑led recruitment professional with a flair for candidate engagement, talent mapping, and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes across the technology market.

The Role

You’ll focus on the delivery side of the recruitment process, identifying, engaging and managing high‑quality tech talent across your market.

What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing and engaging top tech candidates
• Managing the full candidate journey
• Building strong talent networks and relationships
• Partnering with consultants on live roles
• Delivering an excellent candidate experience

About You

• 2+ years’ experience in agency recruitment delivery / resourcing / candidate management
• Tech recruitment exposure ideal (but not essential)
• Strong communicator with a relationship‑led approach
• Organised, proactive and commercially driven
• A genuine self‑starter who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• Able to commute to the Leeds office
