Leggett & Platt, Inc. is seeking a Compensation Manager for its Global Human Resources team in the United Kingdom. This position will act as the main contact for consulting on compensation policies and programs across Europe. Responsibilities include conducting market research, managing year-end compensation planning, and ensuring compliance with compensation regulations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or related fields, 5-7 years of compensation experience, and strong analytical and leadership skills.

Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
