Senior HR Business Partner

Leeds (hybrid working)

Up to £90,000 + benefits

We’re partnering with a well‑established, growing professional services business to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner into a pivotal, high‑impact role. Reporting into senior leadership, you will operate as a true HR Business Partner, playing a key role in shaping and delivering the people strategy while remaining close to day‑to‑day operations.

This role offers a broad generalist remit, combining strategic influence with hands‑on delivery across a complex, evolving business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive business performance through people strategy
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance across all areas including ER, performance, and engagement
  • Support and influence leadership capability, coaching managers to improve performance and retention
  • Lead on change, transformation and organisational initiatives
  • Oversee and manage complex employee relations matters in a fast‑paced environment
  • Use data and insights to inform decision‑making and improve outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and practices
About You

We’re looking for a high‑impact HR professional who combines gravitas with pragmatism.

  • Proven experience in a senior HRBP / HR leadership role
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at senior level
  • Experience in high‑volume, operational environments (e.g. contact centre, financial services, or similar)
  • Deep expertise across employee relations and employment law
  • Track record of delivering people strategy alongside hands‑on operational HR
  • Confident, credible and resilient, with the ability to operate at pace
