Graduate Recruitment Consultant

About the Role

International Talent Partnership (ITP) is a headhunting firm based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, operating internationally. We have recently opened a new 5,500 sq ft office in Horsforth, Leeds, and are expanding our team in late summer/Autumn 2026.

We are seeking individuals who are motivated to start building a successful corporate career, possess a positive "can do" attitude, and have a desire to understand how companies operate and grow.

• Research recruitment opportunities in mechanical engineering, mechanical and electrical contracting, aerospace & defence sectors across Europe and the US.
• Conduct sales and consult with clients regarding their recruitment and selection processes.
• Provide remote support to clients, liaising with both clients and prospective candidates via phone and video conferencing.
• Collaborate with a specialist team and directors in our Horsforth office.

• Graduate or recent graduate with interest in business growth and recruitment.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high‑performing environment and remotely.
• Willingness to learn and rapidly develop professional skills.
