As a 360 Recruitment Consultant
, you will take full ownership of your desk—developing client relationships, delivering top talent, and building a strong market presence while supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

• Build and develop your client portfolio through proactive business development
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to candidate placement
• Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Conduct interviews, manage processes, and negotiate offers
• Develop your personal brand and position yourself as a market specialist
• Drive performance, revenue growth and long-term partnerships

The base salary reflects fixed compensation for this role. In addition, this position is eligible for commission based on performance against defined targets.
