Recruitment Consultant Up to £30,000 per Annum Depending on Experience Leicester Siamo Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to work within successful Leicester office. To identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and expertise to secure contracts and agreements. To maintain and grow existing client relationships, providing exceptional service and support to foster long-term partnerships. To ensure strict compliance with recruitment legislation and regulations, upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Required

Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in Industrial Recruitment, with a deep understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities. Sales-oriented and results-driven, with a track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations. Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong connections with internal and external stakeholders. Motivation and leadership skills, with the capacity to work inclusively towards shared goals and objectives.
