Henry Blue is looking for an experienced Interim Recruitment Officer to join an FE college's Apprenticeships team on a full-time basis until October 2026. You will play a key role in supporting prospective apprentices through their journey from initial enquiry to enrolment, coordinating closely with employers and curriculum teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience in apprenticeship recruitment, excellent communication and organisational skills, and strong IT capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact in a growing apprenticeship provision.
