A growing technology recruitment and consultancy business is looking for an experienced recruiter to help develop specialist markets across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, AI and Digital.

The business already generates more than £5m in annual revenue. The infrastructure is in place. The client relationships are there. The leadership team has built successful recruitment businesses before.

• Agency recruitment experience
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Commercial ambition
• A desire to build something rather than simply maintain it
• Evidence of developing clients, markets or specialisms
• Technology recruitment experience would be advantageous but isn't essential.
• More important is your ability to articulate how you've created value, built relationships and grown a market.
