Delivery Consultant

You’ll be responsible for delivering on contingent and retained projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and providing high-quality talent solutions. This role offers the chance to build strong relationships, manage end-to-end delivery and make a real impact.

• Partner with clients and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and business needs across Technology & Engineering sectors in the US
• Deliver on both contingent and retained projects, ensuring high-quality candidate shortlists and timely project delivery
• Manage end-to-end delivery cycles: sourcing, screening and interviewing top talent whilst maintaining a strong candidate experience
• Close candidates on salary expectations and ensuring all aspects of candidate qualification have been fully covered e.g. notice period, interviews, holidays etc.
• Collaborate with our Client Solutions team to support account growth and ensure seamless delivery across key client partnerships

• 2+ years recruitment experience
• Prior experience in a Delivery + Account Management/Resourcer position
• Experience working within Tech, AI/ML, Software, Robotics, Aerospace or Engineering desirable but not essential
