How you'll make a differenceYou'll help us shape and deliver reward activity that supports our purpose, values and colleague experience. Working closely with HR colleagues and leaders across the Society, you'll provide specialist reward advice, support annual pay and bonus processes, maintain accurate reward data and help ensure our benefits and recognition approach remains fair, competitive and aligned to business needs. You'll work confidently with complex pay, benefits and benchmarking data, using internal and external insight to identify trends, opportunities and risks, and translate your analysis into clear recommendations that help us make confident reward decisions.
Whatwill you bring to the role?
- Experience in reward, compensation and benefits in a regulated environment.
- Good understanding of reward principles, pay review processes, benefits administration and market benchmarking.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret pay, benefits and benchmarking data, spot trends and risks, and turn insight into clear, practical recommendations.
- Confidence using Excel and HR systems, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and practically for different audiences.
- Curiosity, sound judgement and a collaborative approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships and keep colleagues at the heart of your work.
- Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office
