Role - Payroll Advisor
Location - Leeds or Doncaster
Hybrid basis - couple of days a week in the office.
Salary - up to £40,000 plus benefits

We are working with a growing business at an exciting point in their journey, and we're looking for a capable Payroll Advisor to join the HR function without delay. You'll play a central role in shaping payroll operations - ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time, every time.

What you'll be doing
Deliver accurate, timely payroll processing in line with legislation and internal controls
Support and optimise payroll processes within Workday
Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and confidentiality
Drive continuous improvement across payroll processes and ways of working
Work closely with HR and Finance to provide trusted, expert payroll advice
What we're looking for
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and current payroll legislation
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication, problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
Resilience, adaptability and flexibility - you can handle whatever comes your way
