As our new Talent Acquisition Partner – Flight Operations, you will be a key part of a high performing internal recruitment team responsible for executing the ongoing resourcing needs for our Flight Operations departments, specifically pilots. You will proactively manage external candidates, as well as senior stakeholder relationships, delivering a professional service that results in high calibre hires for our growing business.

What will you do in the role?
  • Candidate Sourcing: attract best in class candidates using Linked In Recruiter, ATS, marketing campaigns; promote roles, culture, benefits; ensure first‑class experience through onboarding.
  • Candidate Management: be readily available for candidates, represent Jet2 Pilot brand, provide expert knowledge, efficient communication.
  • Employer Branding: collaborate with stakeholders; identify promotional opportunities; execute Pilot Roadshow events and webinars.
  • Assessment Centre Reviews & Development: share responsibility for best‑in‑class assessment process; train assessors; influence best practice.
  • Research, Data and Analytics: provide regular & ad‑hoc reports to stakeholders.
  • Compliance: champion ATS compliance for requisition and candidate management.
Required skills & experience
  • Proven track record in aviation recruitment, ideally with hands‑on pilot recruiting experience.
  • Strong understanding of pilot recruiting and regulation, experience in airline, flight school or aviation industry.
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques, building warm pipelines for volume recruitment.
  • Presenter with good experience in speaking to audiences and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication with hiring managers, candidates and external market; keep everyone informed.
  • Strong personal brand; active on social media (Linked In).
  • Creativity, persistence, enthusiasm for delivering great candidate & customer experience; knowledge of recruitment best practice, processes, regulation.
  • Comfortable working compliantly within defined processes; well organized.
