At the NSPCC, we believe every childhood is worth fighting for. With over 100 years of experience, and the collective strength of our staff, volunteers, supporters, and partners, we're working to end child abuse and neglect for good.
Our people are our greatest strength. So, our People team makes sure that we're able to attract and nurture life-long active, authentic ambassadors who can help us deliver our vital work.
As well as supporting them with any employment related enquiries, building strong policies and processes, we're responsible for creating a positive work environment that allows our people to grow and thrive.
We do this by creating an inclusive and wellness-focused environment where everyone can feel empowered to be their best and recognised for their hard work.

You will also be working with our HR software, updating HR records and completing monthly payroll processing.
There will be opportunities for you to get involved in interesting projects throughout the year.
