Business Partner - Hybrid

Act as the first point of contact for managers within assigned business areas.

• Managing employee relations effectively and proactively
• Embedding People policies and frameworks
• Driving continuous improvement in people management practice
• Supporting workforce planning and employee engagement.

• Demonstrable experience in an operational HR, People Partner, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role within a fast-paced, growing organisation.
• Strong employee relations knowledge with confidence managing a broad range of casework
• Proven ability to build manager confidence and capability through trusted partnering and practical guidance
• Knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience implementing and embedding people initiatives, frameworks or organisational change.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills with the confidence to challenge constructively.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical ability, using people data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Comfortable balancing operational priorities with continuous improvement activity.
• Experience using HRIS systems and producing meaningful management information.
• Resilient, pragmatic, approachable and comfortable working autonomously in a growing organisation.
