Overview

Talent Attraction and Social Media Specialist – , Leeds. Salary: £28,114 per year (approximate). This role is part of the Talent Acquisition team and involves developing and delivering campaign-led attraction strategies in partnership with TA Partners and Hiring Managers. The role focuses on creating and executing innovative campaigns to attract the right candidates for the right roles at the right time.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage Jet2's talent attraction and recruitment social media channels.
  • Plan and deliver end-to-end attraction campaigns for priority and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Create engaging content across copy, imagery, and video that brings our employer brand and culture to life.
  • Manage and publish both organic and paid content across platforms such as Linked In and Facebook, while exploring new and emerging channels.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and Brand teams to ensure attraction activity aligns with hiring needs.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using insights to continuously improve attraction and conversion rates.
What you’ll have
  • Proven experience in social media, digital content, employer branding, or campaign-led attraction.
  • Strong content creation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • A creative mindset combined with a data-driven approach to performance and optimisation.
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience is desirable, but not essential.
