Thorn Baker Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor on a temporary basis in Leeds. The role is office-based, 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, for approximately 3–6 months with an immediate start.
You will advise managers on employee relations issues, handle complex casework, support TUPE processes, and help drive HR policy improvements within a fast-paced, people-first environment.
