Senior Embedded Talent Partner – Tech & Digital, Hybrid

Lead embedded talent engagements for scaling and enterprise technology businesses. You will own the client relationship, drive hiring strategy, and manage delivery across software engineering, cloud, data and executive technology briefs. Minimum 5 years’ experience in-house or embedded; direct stakeholder management essential.

Join our specialist automotive desk to deliver embedded and project recruitment for OEMs, dealer groups, and aftermarket businesses. Sector experience preferred; strong candidate management and client communication skills essential.

Deploy into client businesses as a fractional Head of People or Senior HR Business Partner. You will own the people function for businesses between 80 and 400 employees, covering hiring strategy, onboarding, culture, and operational HR. CIPD qualified or equivalent experience required.

Work on white-collar and blue-collar construction and engineering briefs for tier-one contractors, developers and consultancies. Experience recruiting into construction or engineering preferred; embedded delivery experience is a strong plus.

Deliver embedded and project talent solutions for asset managers, private equity-backed businesses and fintech companies. Regulated-environment recruiting experience preferred. Discreet, commercially minded, strong candidate network in financial services.

Internal YCG role: own the systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure that supports all of our embedded delivery teams. Experience with ATS platforms, reporting dashboards, and talent operations in a high-volume environment essential. Strong process thinking; comfortable operating at group level.
