Associate Talent Sourcing Specialist mth

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and talent requirements.
• Proactively source candidates through Linked In, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Engage candidates through personalized outreach and assess initial fit for opportunities.
• Track sourcing activity and maintain accurate candidate records within recruitment systems.
• Support employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives where appropriate.
• Share talent market insights and competitor intelligence with the wider TA team.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify target talent pools.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent research and information-gathering abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in sourcing, recruitment, sales, customer engagement or a similar people-focused environment (Nice to Have).
• Exposure to Linked In Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or talent sourcing tools (Nice to Have).
• Additional European language skills (Nice to Have).

Demonstrates expertise in candidate sourcing and relationship management, utilizing tools like Linked In Recruiter and ATS to build talent pipelines and support recruitment initiatives. Strong communication and research skills are essential for engaging candidates and providing market insights.
