HR Transformation Lead (FTC)

We're on a mission to make HR simpler, smarter and easier for our people. To help us get there, we're looking for an experienced HR Services Transformation Lead to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is far more than a traditional HR role. We're looking for someone who enjoys challenging the status quo, solving operational problems and turning complex processes into seamless experiences.

You'll support reshaping how HR aid the business, bringing clarity, control and consistency to the way we work. Whether it's improving processes, enhancing documentation, strengthening governance or introducing smarter ways of working, you'll play a key role in building an HR service that delivers for both employees and managers.

You’ll drive the transformation of HR operations across Valeo Foods UK, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality and employee experience.

You’ll simplify processes, embed best practice, strengthen governance and help deliver sustainable improvements that support the future growth of the organisation.
