You will bring robust project discipline, clear governance, and commercial acumen to make sure our transformation initiatives run smoothly, stay on track, and deliver real value to the wider business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a structured project professional with a strong HR background to help deliver our global HR projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
  • Leading end-to-end HR transformation projects.
  • Establishing clear project management structures, timelines, risk management, and reporting via project management tools.
  • Building strong relationships and comfortably managing senior stakeholders, including Directors and C-suite members.
  • Connecting different HR functions to ensure cross-team alignment, smooth communication, and clear project visibility.
  • Driving commercial HR conversations and guiding business leaders through operational change and maturity initiatives.
  • Escalating risks, removing blockers, and keeping complex short- and long-term project deliverables on track.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong background in or deep working knowledge of HR functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders, with the credibility to command the room.
  • Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict management skills when navigating complex change.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a structured, pragmatic approach to delivering business-aligned outcomes.
  • Experience working in a mature, fast-paced corporate environment (preferably across international locations).
NICE TO HAVES
  • Exposure to AI transformation projects or leveraging modern AI tools within HR workflows.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as , Smartsheet, or MS Project.
