The Role:

What you'll be doing

Build a full 360 desk: generate leads, pitch to new clients, negotiate terms, and deliver recruitment solutions. Become a market expert, building key industry relationships and enhancing your personal brand. Implement a well-rounded approach to business development through candidate and company led methodologies.

Requirements:
What we are looking for

Experience working in Recruitment, Customer Service, Sales or a Customer facing role
Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a lucrative career
Self-driven, highly motivated, and confident working autonomously
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to confidently speak with different types of people
You enjoy working in a results-orientated and targeted environment.
Desire to progress quickly in a high-performance environment
