As a Managing Recruitment Consultant
, you'll take commercial ownership of an established education market, driving growth while playing an important role within our wider Leeds team.

You'll be responsible for:

• Taking ownership of and growing an existing warm desk.
• Managing and developing established school relationships.
• Identifying and winning new business opportunities.
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing education professionals.
• Growing revenue and maximising the potential of your market.
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Sharing knowledge and best practice across the branch.
• Developing your own team as you grow.
• Delivering an exceptional recruitment service from start to finish.

We're looking for someone with education recruitment experience, commercial drive and ambition — but most importantly, someone who wants to progress, build and make their mark.
