• Starting base salary: £27,500- £35,000
• Uncapped commission (no threshold, no cap)

The basesalaryrangereflectsthefixedcompensation  addition,thispositioniseligiblefor a variable commission plan,withtotalearningsbasedon performanceagainstdefinedtargets. Final basesalarywillbedeterminedusingobjectivecriteriasuchas relevant experience,skillsandinternalpayequity. All variable compensationisgovernedby a transparent commission structurealignedtoroleexpectations.
