Salary: £26,500 base salary + Uncapped Commission.

Realistic first year OTE of £55,000+

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll work closely with experienced professionals to identify and engage top talent, build strong relationships with candidates and clients, and manage recruitment processes from start to finish.

• Sourcing and engaging high calibre candidates
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
• Managing recruitment processes through to successful placement
• Developing your market knowledge and professional network
• Generating new business opportunities
• Working towards clear performance targets and career milestones

• Is a recent graduate or has a background in sports, sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, or another people focused environment
• Enjoys speaking with people and building relationships
• Is ambitious, motivated, and eager to progress
• Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Wants to develop commercial skills and maximise their earning potential

Previous recruitment experience isn't required. The business is focused on hiring individuals with the right mindset, drive, and willingness to learn.
