Business Consultant, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

Due to continued growth and a number of exciting project wins, Hartmann Young is looking for an experienced Business Consultant to join our Health & Nutrition team.

This is an opportunity to build a genuinely specialist desk within one of the most exciting and fast-moving areas of Life Sciences. You will partner with ambitious businesses across nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, ingredients, consumer health, wellness and functional food, supporting them to make the leadership and commercial appointments that shape their next stage of growth.

You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle: winning and developing client relationships, delivering retained and contingent searches, building high-quality candidate networks and becoming a trusted adviser to the market.

• Building and developing relationships with Health & Nutrition brands, manufacturers, ingredient suppliers and investors globally
• Managing end-to-end recruitment mandates across commercial, technical, operational and leadership functions
• Delivering retained, exclusive and project-based searches to an exceptional standard
• Identifying, engaging and representing high-calibre candidates across the sector
• Creating market maps, talent insight and strategic hiring advice for clients
• Growing your own specialist network and becoming a recognisable voice in the industry
• Working closely with an ambitious, collaborative team that values quality, pace and long-term relationships

This is not a desk where you will be expected to work in isolation. You will join a highly visible, genuinely connected team with a strong presence across the global nutraceutical and ingredients market.

We are actively involved with Women In Nutraceuticals, attend and speak at major international industry events, and build relationships with the people shaping the sector from founders and investors to global commercial and technical leaders.

Our marketing presence is a real differentiator too. From industry content and thought leadership to our growing podcast and social platforms, we create opportunities for our consultants to build credibility, open conversations and become known in their niche.

You will have the platform, support and autonomy to build a name for yourself in a market with huge potential.

You will be an experienced 360 recruiter with a track record of building client relationships, winning business and delivering high-quality searches. Previous experience in Life Sciences, Health & Nutrition, FMCG, consumer health or a related technical market would be highly valuable.
