Working closely with operational leaders, you'll enjoy a varied generalist remit, balancing employee relations, recruitment, policy development and people projects, whilst helping to shape a positive and high-performing workplace culture. What will the Senior HR Advisor role involve? Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across the business, helping to attract and retain high-calibre talent. Advising and coaching managers on a range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability and performance issues.
Developing, reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with current employment legislation and best practice. Producing and analysing HR metrics and management information to identify trends and support business decision-making. Supporting the development and delivery of learning and development initiatives to strengthen management capability and employee engagement. Partnering with managers across the business to provide practical, commercially focused HR support.
Contributing to wider HR projects and initiatives that support organisational growth and continuous improvement. Suitable Candidate for the Senior HR Advisor Role Proven HR generalist experience, ideally gained within a engineering, logistics or other operational environment. CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent. Strong employment law knowledge and experience handling complex employee relations cases.
Experience of analysing HR data and producing meaningful management information using systems such as HRIS, Excel or Power BI. Confident communicator with the ability to build credibility, influence stakeholders and develop effective working relationships at all levels. Proactive and pragmatic approach, with the confidence to challenge and support managers where required. Additional Benefits and Information Salary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
