You'll own the full 360 cycle, from graduate through to director-level appointments, within a specialist Engineering discipline of your choosing, whether that's Aerospace & Defence, Data & Automation, Automotive, Software & Systems Engineering, or Renewable Energy and Cleantech.

The desk Full 360 recruitment across engineering and project delivery roles. Freedom to build long-term relationships with employers and candidates across your chosen specialist sector. Sourcing and headhunting talent at every level, from graduate through to director. Scope to set up and grow a profitable, niche practice within your chosen engineering discipline.
