An established and fast-growing recruitment consultancy in West Yorkshire is looking to strengthen its senior team with an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant. The business operates across some of the most in-demand markets in the sector, including AI, data centres, blockchain and wider technology recruitment, and offers genuine scope to build a desk in a fast-growth market with strong long-term earning potential.

This is an opportunity for a proven biller to either step into one of the company's established markets or build a new desk from scratch, backed by the business's support and resource as it grows. Whichever route suits you best, you will retain full ownership of every client you bring on, with uncapped commission and no threshold on what you can earn.

Our client is a specialist recruitment consultancy operating across a number of fast-growth, in-demand markets, including AI, data centres, blockchain and technology recruitment. The business runs on a desk-ownership model, meaning once you convert a client, that relationship stays with you. The team is built around experienced principal consultants, each responsible for their own market, supported by a resourcing team. With ongoing growth plans and no cap on the number of senior hires it is looking to make, this is a genuine opportunity to build something long-term.

The role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will run a full 360 desk covering business development, client relationship management and candidate delivery within your chosen market. Two routes are open to the right candidate: join the existing team and move into one of the company's established markets, or build a new desk from the ground up using your own contacts and market knowledge, with the company's backing to grow it into a fully resourced team that you would ultimately lead.

Either way, you will take full ownership of clients and be given genuine support to build a long-term desk.
